Positive Aspects

Growing up with undiagnosed ADHD can be upsetting at times. Other people can misunderstand you, and treat you disrespectfully, and you can end up feeling bad about yourself.

The trick is to remember that some of the negative things about ADHD can have a positive side too. For example:
